Korean Spinach Salad

Nana's note: Had at Relief Society birthday party, 1975.

Ingredients:

1 package spinach, washed and trimmed
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 - 6oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
7 slices bacon, diced and fried

Combine and toss. Garnish with 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced.

Dressing:

1/2 c sugar
1/3 c ketchup
1 medium onion, grated
1 c salad oil
1/4 c vinegar
2 t. Worcestershire sauce

Shake all in jar, or use blender.

*Makes 6 servings
