Cottage Cheese Salad

Nana's note: from Jean Hatch

Ingredients:

16 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained very well
1 container Cool Whip (NOT Dreamwhip)
1 package dry jello (any flavor)

Mix first two ingredients. Gently fold into Cool Whip. Gradually sprinkle part of jello mix on top, fold, and repeat. Do not use more than 1/2 package of jello.
