Ingredients:
1 - 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant pistachio
1 box white cake mix
1 c vegetable oil
1/2 c walnuts
1 c ginger ale
3 eggs
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. It is not necessary to grease the pan.
Icing:
1 lg, or 2 small containers frozen whipped topping
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c milk.
Mix together until smooth. Top off with nuts, coconut, or cherries.
